Digitalk Announces Carrier Cloud 4.4

Milton Keynes, UK, (30 July, 2015) - Digitalk, a trusted vendor of Carrier, Consumer and Mobile solutions to retail and wholesale communications service providers worldwide, today announced the release of their latest version of Carrier Cloud. Available from August 2015, all Carrier Cloud customers will benefit from the new features providing enhanced operational efficiency.

Highlights of Release 4.4 include:

Net Exposure Credit Limits
A net exposure credit limit can now be applied to bilateral carriers restricting customer access based on the difference between the customer and supplier credit.

Supplier Rate Lookup Report
The Supplier Rate lookup report enables supplier rates to be compared from different rating plans based on a zone or code based lookup.

Floor Price Customer Rates Generation
Floor price is a mechanism for generating customer rates based on uploaded supplier rates, routing positions and a required level of margin, dramatically speeding up creation of A-Z rating plans.

Partners Portal
The Partners Portal is an innovation allowing Carrier Cloud customers to trade with each other by advertising destinations they are offering for sale, and destinations they would like to purchase. Contact details are also published.

Automatic Invoice Distribution
Invoices can be automatically emailed to customers on creation removing the need for manual intervention.
