Digitalk Enables UK MVNO, Now Mobile

Now Mobile has launched a new MVNO service in the UK based on the Prepaid Mobile solution from DIGITALK, a global vendor of prepaid service platforms.

The selection of DIGITALK Prepaid Mobile by Now Mobile was based on the requirement to exercise direct and immediate control of their products, pricing and promotions, in order to offer distinctive service packages to their target customers. DIGITALK also provided full deployment services support to speed time to market, including provisioning, prepaid charging and value-added service integration with the MNO.

Now Mobile offers a high quality service backed by strong customer care, with multi language support across IVR, voicemail and messaging applications. Now Mobile also gains from DIGITALK's advanced CRM and end-to-end charging and billing flexibility, managed using the web-based DIGITALK SERVICE solution.

DIGITALK supported Now Mobile's launch with full project management and bespoke fea ture design, user call-flow experience and integrated mobile number portability.
