#  Digitalk Announces Release of Carrier Cloud 5.0

Milton Keynes, UK, (15 December, 2015) - Digitalk, a trusted vendor of Carrier, Consumer and Mobile solutions to retail and wholesale communications service providers worldwide, today announced the 5.0 release of their Carrier Cloud. From January 2016 onward, our cloud customers will be benefit from enhancements to our wholesale billing and simplified integration with external testing platforms.

**Complete Wholesale Billing**
In recent years, the wholesale billing function has become increasingly complex with a shift in the wholesale carrier market towards bilateral relationships between operators and their wholesale partners. With increased complexity have come operational overheads requiring billing managers to produce ever more complex bilateral statements of account and perform functions such as invoice netting. Enhancements to our billing solution in Carrier Cloud 5.0 provide wholesale operators with a comprehensive set of tools for managing the end-to-end billing function.

**Integration with iTest**
The need for operators to perform regular test calls within the wholesale industry has become paramount due the proliferation of niche operators routing calls over varying qualities of infrastructure. To be successful within the wholesale industry it is essential to ensure you are getting the expected quality of service from your partners. Digitalk Carrier Cloud 5.0 has streamlined the process for provisioning and making test calls through the iTest platform increasing management efficiency.
