#  Carrier Cloud – the Year in Review from our CEO

While we’re excited about 2017, there’s a lot to celebrate from 2016. In the past year, we’ve seen Digitalk Carrier Cloud become the stand out platform for wholesale voice, supporting a record number of customers and offering an unparalleled level of reliability, scalability and functionality.

Carrier cloud has achieved significant and growing market share and has become a real community. One of the most remarkable things about the success of Carrier Cloud is how it has assumed a life of its own. Our cloud customers are discovering new partnerships and forging new interconnection opportunities, creating a thriving ecosystem that delivers benefits to all.

The continuous traffic growth has been supported by ongoing investment in capacity, resilience and scalability, providing the resources to enable everyone to grow their businesses. Investment in enhanced service monitoring and infrastructure has resulted in unprecedented service uptime for our customers.

Our continued investments include both the evolution of our own software as well as the integration of selected offers from leading partners and complementary vendors. The release of automated traffic monitoring which provides providing greater business visibility utilising AI was a particular highlight. We’ve also forged strategic partnerships with a number of external partners to provide an even more comprehensive solution.

The dramatic growth we’ve experienced is a clear validation of our approach, the quality of the service and performance we provide and the growing reputation we have secured. Our investments have been designed to support further growth in 2017, and we look forward to serving our customers in the coming year.
