In the first new Multiservice Platform release of 2010, DIGITALK has enhanced Least Cost Routing and introduced a new SIP Trunking application.
In summary, the additional features include:
Least Cost Routing. DIGITALK LCR now includes carrier rate sheet import, enhanced routing zone management, and automated LCR entry configuration
based on cost. These new features enable service providers to respond rapidly to carrier zone and rate changes while retaining full control of
carrier preferences.
SIP Trunking. DIGITALK’s new SIP Trunking application allows service providers to integrate IP-enabled PBXs using standard SIP registration and
authentication methods while providing the full power of DIGITALK’s prepaid charging capabilities, including free on-net calling, charging policies
and usage bundles.
These new features and other recent product changes, along with a recap of updates in 2009 and a preview of proposals for the rest of 2010, are
described in more detail in DIGITALK’s new Product Newsletter available to DIGITALK customers.
To keep customers better informed about new product capabilities, many available as upgrades to customers with support agreements, and to provide
a point of feedback, the DIGITALK Product Newsletter is planned to be issued on each new Multiservice Platform release.
DIGITALK is committed to the onward development of its platforms and products, and regularly makes new software releases available with each
update containing both enhanced features on the DIGITALK Multiservice Platform (MSP), and new features within the service ready products themselves.
Customers benefit from Media Application Server and Intelligent Switch updates as part of their SLA contract, which ensures that all software systems
are up to their latest versions. Please contact DIGITALK Sales for application pricing.
