i-Max Networks chooses DIGITALK MSP for Next Generation Broadband Telephony serv
DIGITALK today announces that i-Max Networks, a provider of Broadband Telephony and carrier wholesale services, has chosen the DIGITALK Consumer Platform to rollout its portfolio of VoIP services, i-Voice.
i-Max Networks will offer a range of residential and business VoIP services as well as specialised services such as bundled minute plans for international and mobile phone calls to meet the needs of specific vertical business markets. The DIGITALK platform will enable i-Max Networks to offer packaged services specifically for SME, SoHo businesses, as well as for residential subscribers who make a significant number of calls to family members overseas. To address the residential sector, the i-Voice service will offer highly competitive call rates to a number of countries including India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Africa and the Middle East.

i-Max Networks will also be using the Web Self-Care functionality of the DIGITALK platform to ensure that customers are given full control of their services. This offers smaller customers a level of flexibility which is normally only available to large installations.
