DIGITALK and NexTone Network-Ready Certification

NexTone, a leader in session border controllers and scalable session management solutions for VoIP, multimedia, and IMS network interconnects, and DIGITALK, a global provider of multiservice value added service platforms, today announced that DIGITALK'S Service Delivery Platform is now NetworkReady certified with NexTone's Session Border Controller (SBC).

DIGITALK'S platform and application suite enables service providers to offer a full range of VoIP services from a single network infrastructure. This allows service providers to launch new services cost effectively and ensures a fast time to market that significantly improves time to revenue and ROI. NetworkReady certification validates that DIGITALK'S platform is interoperable end-to-end with NexTone's SBC.

Interoperability between NexTone's SBC and DIGITALK'S platform offers service providers a future-proof platform with high availability and redundancy in their network, allowing them to quickly launch new VoIP applications. Several joint customers such as Nowtel Europe, a leader in prepaid telephone service solutions, have benefited from NexTone's collaboration with DIGITALK.
