Cognatel Partners with DIGITALK for MVNO Services
Next-generation MVNA Cognatel has formed a strategic partnership with DIGITALK to offer new MVNOs rapid market access based on the vendor's advanced billing and CRM platform.
DIGITALK's unrivalled real time billing and CRM mobile solution allows MVNOs to develop and maintain close relationships with their own customers and be vigilant and responsive to their changing needs.
MVNOs will have secure and immediate control of their individual services, including the ability to offer tailored products, pricing and promotions. Among the services and features available will be real-time charging, voicemail, SMS / USSD requests and notifications, multi-lingual IVR, voucher and card payments, mobile number portability and balance transfers.
