Our Mobile Platform is specifically designed to enable MVNOs and MVNA/Es to offer services with full real-time charging control, backed up by a range of value-added services and full operations support.
At the heart of the platform are a number of key charging and network components, such as the Diameter Credit Control Application (CCA) server or CAMEL Service Control Point (SCP), which support high availability, real-time charging control for MNO network services, including voice, messaging and data, whether at home or roaming.
Messaging communication with the subscriber, whether SMS or USSD, can be used to enhance the MVNO service with features such as balance request, balance update, and payments.
On the operations and business support side, the platform capabilities enable MVNOs and MVNA/Es to tailor product, promotions and pricing in real-time. And the DIGITALK Mobile Platform's CRM facility provides the visibility and management of individual subscribers necessary for effective customer care through a highly user-friendly, web-based user interface.
For additional value-added capabilities, DIGITALK's Consumer Platform can be deployed to enable the MVNO to enhance customer experience and extend the service scope with value-added service applications, such as voicemail and IVR-based services.
